Our Story

Grand River WorkPlace, is a co-working incubator and pop-up retail space that supports small business by providing dynamic programming and resources. Our space was established by community development non-profit Grandmont Rosedale Development Corporation (GRDC) in 2014. The vision behind our space is to fill the gap of economic development support within the Grandmont Rosedale community. This vision allowed GRDC to create the first neighborhood-based small business co-working space in Detroit.

We pride ourselves on providing an affordable working environment to small businesses. We help connect entrepreneurs to resources to aid in there development and growth.
